BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING WWW.CRICTRACKER.COM OR ANY ASSOCIATED APPLICATIONS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SERVICE”), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND EXPRESSLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND POLICIES SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, PLEASE DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICE IMMEDIATELY.
CricTracker Pvt Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is the owner and operator of the Service.
“User” or “You” refers to any individual or entity that accesses, browses, or interacts with the Service. The individual must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to create an account. A person under 18 may use the Service only through a parent or guardian.
“Service” has the meaning given above and includes associated web pages, applications and all published Content.
“Terms” means these Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Copyright Notice and DMCA Policy.
“User Content” means comments, reviews, posts, feedback and any other material you submit, including in community forums.
“Content” includes all news articles, statistics, scoreboards, graphics, images, video clips, audio, software code, and visual layouts available on the platform.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, CricTracker grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Service solely for non-commercial, personal entertainment and informational purposes.
You expressly agree not to:
Automated Data Scraping & AI Training: Deploy bots, spiders, scrapers, crawlers, or automated scripts to extract sports data, scores, or text, or use our Content to train artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) models without prior written permission.
Commercial Exploitation: Sell, sublicense, reproduce, distribute, or frame Content for commercial gain or within competing applications.
Technical Abuse: Hack, overload, bypass authentication barriers, introduce malware/viruses, or perform denial-of-service (DoS) attacks against our servers.
Misuse & Harassment: Post or share material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful or harassing; that infringes intellectual property; that impersonates another person; that threatens public order; or that otherwise violates Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021. Harass or abuse other users or reverse-engineer the Service.
Registration: To access specific interactive features, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate, complete information and maintain the security of your credentials.
Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account credentials.
Termination: CricTracker may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or inactivity for [24] consecutive months (with [30] days' prior notice by email where practicable).
All intellectual property rights in the Service and Content belong strictly to CricTracker Pvt Ltd or its licensors. Accessing the platform does not grant you any ownership or intellectual property rights.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant CricTracker a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, modify, publish, display and distribute User Content in any media for operating and promoting the Service. This licence applies for the full term of copyright and is unaffected by non-use. You warrant that you own or have the right to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
Entertainment Only: Content published on CricTracker—including match previews, player performance statistics, pitch analysis, and fantasy cricket tips—is intended solely for informational and entertainment purposes.
No Financial or Gambling Advice: CricTracker does not offer legal, financial, investment, or gambling advice. Predictions are inherently speculative and subject to error.
User Assumption of Risk: Users who participate in fantasy sports leagues or rely on match tips do so entirely at their own risk, and CricTracker is not responsible for any decision or financial loss resulting from such reliance.
The Service may feature links to third-party sites, advertisers, or external resources. CricTracker does not endorse, control, or assume liability for third-party content, products, or privacy practices. Interactions with external advertisers or linked platforms are strictly between you and the respective third party.
“As-Is” Provision: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, ACCURACY, UPTIME, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Liability Exclusion: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRICTRACKER, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM SERVICE USE OR DISRUPTIONS. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, WILFUL MISCONDUCT, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019.
Liability Cap: CRICTRACKER’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ₹100 (RUPEES ONE HUNDRED ONLY) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CRICTRACKER IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CricTracker Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Information Technology Act, 2000, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this document shall be finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent (failing which, appointed under Section 11 of that Act). The seat and venue shall be Bengaluru and the language shall be English. Subject to this, the courts at Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction over proceedings under Sections 9, 11, 34 and 36 of that Act and over any application for interim or injunctive relief, including to protect intellectual property. Nothing in this clause limits any right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or prominent notice at least [15] days before taking effect, except where earlier effect is required by law. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account. We will remind you of these Terms at least once a year.

If any provision is held invalid, the rest remains in force.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and CricTracker. If this document conflicts with the Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Copyright Notice or DMCA Policy, this document prevails.
You may not assign these Terms. CricTracker may assign them to an affiliate or successor.
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
CricTracker is not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
Sections on intellectual property, liability, indemnity and disputes survive termination.
